Ewwww! A little graphic, don't you think? lol Pretty neat, I know that I will be helping my mom out more this year with thanksgiving just around the corner. She told me that I am entirely in charge of the turkey this year. Aaaahhh! Pray for me. ;)
Sorry, was it too graphic for a young ladies blog? :-)
I will pray for you, but that is neat!!! I probably won't be in charge of the turkey for a while yet. My grandpa always did that, but he died in May, so my grandma is doing it now. I will be making lots of pies, and probably the cranberries, and who knows what else. :)
Great pictures, Jake. I remember when we raised our chickens, slaughtered them, hung them on a wire to bleed, pluck the feathers, and then freeze them to eat. Thanks for sharing your great experience.
